You can request deletion of your Language Island account and all associated data at any time.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account deletion request".
What gets deleted
- Your account record (email, authentication data).
- All saved cards in your library.
- Your usage and analytics history.
What we keep
We may retain limited records required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes for up to 7 years.
Timeline
We process deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
